| A brief note about the beneficial effects of ROOTZONE HUMUS: Where we apply this proven product, over 60% increase in soil-beneficial microbial activity is easily determined. The soil microbes increase the fixing of plant-serving nitrogen in soils where ROOTZONE HUMUS is applied in quantities of about 200 pounds per 1,000 sq. ft. Nitrogen losses decrease significantly where ROOTZONE HUMUS is applied, and soil oxygen service increases well over 10%. We also notice that water uptake increases significantly. With the application and establishment of appropriate amounts of our compost concentrates and active aerobic compost teas, rhizobia values improve about 50%. In some applications, CO2 fixing improves at least 10%; nitrogen value goes up over 100% (and the nitrogen in ROOTZONE HUMUS will not pollute because it is within humus and is nitrogen in the right form for plant uptake.) With the increased photosynthesis, plants gain carbon value and root growth sustainability. Overall plant health and root exudation improvements yield continuing symbiotic values. |
